Account Manager – B2B (Global Clients)
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager professional with 4+ years of experience in B2B account management, and client servicing. The ideal candidate will manage and grow client accounts across US, Europe, and India, ensuring high customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand global client accounts while building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business within existing accounts.
Lead sales proposals, client presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
Collaborate with marketing, product, delivery, and support teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.
Track account performance, pipeline, and forecasting using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Monitor market trends and client needs to drive strategic account growth.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in B2B account management.
Experience managing international clients (US/Europe preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Experience working with CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines.
