Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Key Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with strategic customers, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include understanding client business needs, coordinating with internal technical and delivery teams, preparing account plans, and identifying opportunities for additional solutions and services. The role involves monitoring account performance, tracking service delivery, resolving escalations, and supporting contract renewals and commercial negotiations. The Key Account Manager will also contribute to business planning, maintain accurate account records in CRM tools, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills, with experience handling strategic or enterprise customers.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven account and business decisions.
  • Candidates should possess Business Planning capabilities, including developing account plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship building.
  • Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or enterprise technology solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
