Role Description The Brand Manager role at Tracker Suite is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategy to strengthen Tracker Suite’s market presence across target industries and regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing brand positioning and messaging, overseeing integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistency across digital, social, and offline touchpoints. The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to translate product capabilities into compelling narratives and value propositions. The role also involves monitoring brand performance, analyzing market and competitor insights, and recommending data-driven initiatives to enhance awareness, adoption, and customer loyalty.
Qualifications
  • Brand strategy and positioning skills, with experience in managing brand identity and messaging across multiple channels.
  • Marketing and digital marketing expertise, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Content development abilities, such as briefing and reviewing marketing copy, visuals, and collateral for brand consistency.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting market research, customer insights, and competitive data to inform brand decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with data-driven decision-making and familiarity with marketing analytics and CRM tools.
