Key Account Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of CNC machinery, plasma/laser cutting, laser welding, automotive industry cold or hot forming, or automation equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Laser Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in both Hungarian and English.
• Established customer resources within Hungary and Europe in sheet metal and tube processing, automotive, cold & hot forming, CNC, plasma, and battery industries.
• Proven ability to independently develop new distributors and manage key accounts.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and willingness to travel regularly across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a local sales team.
• Develop and execute sales plans for Hungarian and other European markets; monitor and manage progress toward sales targets.
• Provide ongoing support to distributors and key accounts.
• Assist the General Manager in addressing operational and developmental company matters.
