Job Description

Position:- Key Account Manager - Export

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to any queries / quote requests from customers
  • Securing orders by doing necessary follow-ups
  • Guiding and monitoring the "Sales Support Executive" to get operational work done accurately
  • Understanding customers deeply to strengthen customer relationship quality
  • Studying customer websites & product portfolios
  • Reviewing sales patterns to identifying declining or stopped products and understanding buying patterns
  • Identify new products, opportunities, and cross-selling items

Work Location: In person

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Requirements

Requirement:

Graduate with 3-7+ years’ experience of dealing in engineering / industrial products, similar role.

Strong communication (Writing emails / communicating with internal team)

Good analytical thinking (Data analysis – Sales trend)

Ability to study existing customers’ product portfolios and identify additional products which can be offered to customers

Ability to guide support team members to get the orders executed on time

Capable of presenting product details and customer reports clearly to management.

Preference for candidates with

B.E. (Mechanical) and / or experience of dealing in Pneumatic Tools / parts

Knowledge about digital marketing

History of working with an export Company
