JOB DESCRIPTION :


A Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients or customers of a company

• Their primary focus is on building long-term partnerships, maximizing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth within the key accounts

• Developing strong relationships with key clients by understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges

• This involves regular communication, conducting meetings, and building rapport with key stakeholders

• Identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion within the key accounts

• This may involve cross-selling or upselling additional products or services, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention within the key accounts

• This includes proactively addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and acting as the primary point of contact for any service-related inquiries or escalations

• Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to develop strategic account plans

• These plans outline the objectives, strategies, and action steps required to meet customer needs and achieve business goals

• Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics and indicators for the key accounts

• This includes monitoring revenue growth, customer satisfaction scores, market trends, and competitive activities to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive strategies
