Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage mobile and web development projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, designers, developers, QA teams, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of mobile and web development projects.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering to final delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients and ensure their requirements are clearly understood.
• Coordinate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure proper project documentation including requirements, timelines, reports, and deliverables.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor Project Coordinators, developers, and cross-functional team members.
• Participate in hiring processes and conducting interviews.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Support team development through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve project delivery processes and workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in IT Project Management or similar roles.
• Must have real SDLC ownership experience.
• Demonstrated success in delivering mobile or web applications.
• Experience managing teams and handling people management responsibilities.
• Experience in team development, hiring, and performance evaluations.
• Prior experience mentoring Project Coordinators or developers.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage people, processes, and delivery end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
