Key Account Manager (Digital Campaigns)

We’re looking for someone who can own digital campaigns end-to-end—with clarity, speed, and a strong creative instinct.

What you’ll do:

• Manage multiple digital campaigns seamlessly — from brief to execution
• Lead creator, ad film, collaboration & celebrity-led campaigns
• Work closely with creative, strategy & production teams to bring ideas to life
• Identify the right creators/influencers and understand industry benchmarks & costing
• Stay on top of trends, formats, and cultural moments
• Prioritize effectively across daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables
• Handle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in an agency setup (non-negotiable)
• Experience handling high-volume campaigns (3+ per month)
• Exposure to large-scale brands (₹600 Cr+ category preferred)
• Strong understanding of content, strategy, copy & scripts
• Hands-on experience with creator/influencer campaigns
• Exposure to celebrity-led digital campaigns
• Proficient in Google Slides, Sheets & Docs
• Fast, flexible, and comfortable in a high-energy environment
