Marketing & Growth Associate – Gurgaon/Hybrid

Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Associate to support Tryzent’s marketing, content, design, and sales enablement activities.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram. The selected candidate will work closely with the founding team and internal product/technology teams to create marketing content, social media posts, pitch decks, proposals, brochures, product updates, and sales collateral.

The role requires someone who can understand technology products and convert them into simple, clear, and engaging communication for customers, partners, and digital audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Design creatives, banners, brochures, flyers, pitch decks, and marketing collaterals.
• Prepare product updates, feature announcements, case studies, and short-form content.
• Support preparation of client presentations, proposals, sales documents, and demo material.
• Assist in lead tracking, follow-ups, outreach campaigns, and demo coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand product features and convert them into marketable content.
• Help improve visibility for Tryzent’s products, services, and AI solutions across digital channels.
• Use AI tools for content creation, research, design support, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn, social media, and digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar design/presentation tools.
• Basic graphic design sense and ability to create clean, professional creatives.
• Ability to write simple, clear, and engaging content.
• Interest in AI, startups, technology products, and business growth.
• Ability to research, organise information, and follow up proactively.
• Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, and other content/design tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of Figma or video editing tools.
• Experience creating reels, short videos, or product explainers.
• Exposure to CRM tools, lead tracking, or sales support.
• Prior internship or work experience in marketing, content creation, sales support, or design.
