Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned institutional accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Vice Chancellors, Principals, Deans, TPOs, and senior academic stakeholders
- Ensure high engagement, satisfaction, and long-term partnership continuity
- Drive revenue through job-assured programs, certifications, internships, and government/NSDC-aligned offerings
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing institutions
- Own account-level forecasting, renewals, and expansion pipelines
- Ensure seamless planning and execution of COE programs, workshops, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and student engagement initiatives
- Coordinate closely with internal delivery, academic, and operations teams
- Track program performance, outcomes, and partner feedback
- Conduct monthly account reviews and performance tracking
- Monitor revenue targets, engagement metrics, and program effectiveness
- Provide regular updates on account health, risks, and growth opportunities
