Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and client-focused Key Account Manager to join our growing team. This role involves a mix of new business development and managing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, strong in sales conversion, and capable of building long-term partnerships that drive repeat business.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients (HR, Marketing, Admin teams)
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline

2. Client Interaction & Sales Conversion

  • Understand client requirements and recommend relevant gifting and merchandise solutions
  • Present ideas, create proposals, and conduct product pitches
  • Handle negotiations and successfully close deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

3. Relationship Building & Account Growth

  • Develop strong, long-term relationships to drive repeat business
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ongoing client engagement
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Maximize revenue from existing accounts by understanding evolving client needs
  • Ensure a seamless client experience from initial inquiry to final delivery

4. Coordination & Execution

  • Work closely with internal teams (design, procurement, operations) to execute orders
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality standards are maintained
  • Address client feedback, concerns, and queries promptly

5. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and deals in CRM
  • Track sales performance, pipeline status, and account growth
  • Share regular updates and reports with the management team


Required Skills

  • Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
  • Good understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Confidence in client-facing and in-person meetings
  • Ability to identify and drive growth within existing accounts


Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales / key account management
  • Experience in corporate gifting, merchandising, advertising, or related industries is a plus
