Job Opportunity: Junior US IT Recruiter (0-6 Months Experience) (US Shift)
Location: Mohali, Punjab (Work From Office - WFO only)
Experience Required: 0-6 months in recruitment, preferably in IT positions
Employment Type: Full-Time
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team in Mohali! If you have entry-level experience in sourcing and hiring for IT roles (such as software developers, engineers, or tech support), this is a great opportunity to kickstart or build your career in talent acquisition. Freshers with relevant internships or projects in IT recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for various IT positions using LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical roles in IT.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for IT-specific skills like programming, cloud computing, cybersecurity, etc.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Track recruitment metrics and suggest improvements for faster hiring.
Requirements:
- 0-6 months of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT positions (e.g., tech hiring).
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requisitions.
- Comfortable with Work From Office setup in Mohali – no remote options available.
