VasyERP (Funded by Reliance Industries) is an Ahmedabad situated young start-up working into cloud-based ERP products. We design and develop ERP & point of sale (POS) platforms for manufacturing and retail industries in India and internationally.

Intro to Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, monthly financial closures, and statutory compliance for our SaaS-based business and its subsidiary company. The role requires strong expertise in accounting principles, tax compliance, and return filings, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

accounting operations, monthly financial closures, and statutory compliance for our SaaSbased business and its subsidiary company. The role requires strong expertise in accounting

principles, tax compliance, and return filings, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Responsibilities:

* Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accuracy in financial records.

* Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures including reconciliations and reporting.

* Prepare and file all types of statutory returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, etc.).

* Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, company laws, and tax regulations.

* Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

* Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and consolidated accounts for the parent and subsidiary company.

* Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external agencies for audits and compliance.

* Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

* Implement best practices for internal controls and process improvements.

* Internal vouching & verification of the transactions.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter/CA preferred but not mandatory).

* Minimum 4 years of accounting experience (preferably in SaaS, ERP, or IT industry).

* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, corporate tax, and return filings.

* Experience in monthly closures and consolidation for multi-entity/subsidiary setups.

* Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar)

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

*Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
