Tempest Advertising is a 27-year-old integrated communications agency with offices in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Pune. We collaborate with leading brands across sectors to create impactful solutions in advertising, branding, digital experiences, and integrated communications. As we expand our digital capabilities, we are looking for a talented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our Hyderabad team.

What You’ll Do

Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups.
Conducting user research and translating findings into design improvements.
Collaborating with developers, creative teams, and client servicing teams to bring digital experiences to life.
Ensuring consistency of design systems, UI components, and brand guidelines.
Testing and evaluating designs based on user feedback and usability best practices.
Staying up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

What We Want

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design (agency or product company experience preferred).
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI designs, UX processes, wireframes, prototypes, and case studies.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Good understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
Ability to translate briefs into functional and visually engaging user experiences.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within deadlines.
