Junior Telecaller in Noida

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain company products/services in a clear and professional manner

Generate leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team

Follow up with interested clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email

Maintain customer data and call records in CRM/Excel

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and follow-ups

Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions

Prepare daily call reports and update management regularly

Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction at all time
