Job Description

Job Summary

The Junior Site Engineer shall assist in the execution and supervision of on-site construction

activities for real estate development projects. The role is ideal for early-career engineers

seeking hands-on exposure to site execution, quality control and coordination under the

guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day site execution of civil construction works
  • Support senior engineers in supervising contractors and sub-contractors
  • Help in checking layouts, levels and alignment as per approved drawings
  • Monitor material delivery, usage, and basic quality checks at site
  • Assist in measurement of work executed and preparation of site records
  • Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation
  • Coordinate with safety officers to ensure compliance with site safety norms
  • Report site issues, delays or deviations to senior engineers
  • Support inspections, snag-list preparation, and rectification works
  • Ensure housekeeping and basic site discipline
