This is an on-site, full-time Accountant role located in Pune Division. The Accountant will be responsible for daily bookkeeping tasks, financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and assisting with audits. Key duties also include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with clients to prepare accurate financial reports and provide insightful analysis to guide decision-making.

• Strong skills in General Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Bank Reconciliation
• Proficiency in using accounting software, tools for Payroll Processing, and Tax Filing
• Knowledge of Taxation Laws, GST Compliance, and Corporate Taxation
• Attention to detail for Auditing, Error Checking, and Compliance Analysis
• Excellent Analytical Thinking, Time Management, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA or CPA are a plus
• Prior experience in accounting, tax filing, and financial reporting preferred
