Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Software Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a confident sales mindset, and the ability to convert leads into customers. This role plays a key part in engaging prospects, understanding their business needs, and closing software sales through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and online meetings to present our software solutions.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales activities, build strong relationships with prospects, and convert leads into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to nurture leads generated from digital campaigns.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Provide post-sale coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, tele sales .
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Comfortable using online communication tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience in software sales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales environments.
