Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Resident role based in Angamaly at Apollo Adlux Hospital. The Junior Resident will provide comprehensive patient care under the supervision of senior medical professionals. Responsibilities include conducting patient examinations, recording medical histories, assisting senior doctors in clinical procedures, ensuring proper patient care, and documenting treatment progress. The position also involves participating in medical rounds, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge, diagnostic abilities, and patient care skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to operate and utilize medical equipment and advanced diagnostic tools
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
• MBBS from a recognized institution, with a valid medical license
• Willingness to work in a highly dynamic medical environment with long or flexible working hours
