Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Research Fellow located in Mohali. The Junior Research Fellow will assist in conducting high-quality research, literature reviews, and data analysis across academic and scientific disciplines. Responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of research projects, collaborating with faculty and peers, drafting research papers, and contributing to grant applications.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct in-depth research, review literature, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
• Skills in writing, drafting research papers, preparing presentations, and contributing to grant proposals
• Proficiency in research tools, methodologies, and software relevant to the field
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work in academic and research teams
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (required), with experience in academic or scientific research
• Commitment to producing high-quality work and learning new methodologies
• Previous experience with research projects or published research (preferred)
• Familiarity with international research collaborations is an advantage
