Role Overview

We are building a structured, performance-driven recruitment team and are looking for a Junior Recruitment Executive to support delivery operations.

This role focuses on candidate pipeline creation, screening quality, and structured submissions within a fast-paced agency environment. You will work closely with Senior Recruiters and contribute directly to hiring outcomes.

This is not a coordination role. This is a delivery support role.

Core Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development


  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals

  • Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines across open mandates

  • Identify relevant profiles aligned with role requirements

Candidate Screening & Fitment Evaluation


  • Conduct telephonic screening interviews

  • Assess candidate experience, skill alignment, communication, and intent

  • Validate availability, compensation expectations, and job change drivers

  • Shortlist qualified candidates for Senior Recruiter review

ATS & Process Discipline


  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS

  • Update screening notes and submission status consistently

  • Ensure documentation completeness before profile submission

Delivery Support


  • Support Senior Recruiters in meeting submission timelines

  • Handle multiple open roles simultaneously

  • Maintain turnaround time (TAT) standards



Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 1–2 years of experience
