Role Description

This full-time hybrid role for a Junior Interior Designer is based in Chennai, with flexibility for some remote work. The designer will assist in developing interior design concepts, creating construction drawings, space planning, and collaborating on furnishing, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections. Additional responsibilities include working with clients, contractors, and senior designers to ensure project success, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Competence in Space Planning and Interior Design techniques.
• Basic understanding of Architecture and creating Construction Drawings.
• Familiarity with FF&E selection, sourcing, and specifications.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is required.
• Prior experience or internship in interior design projects is an advantage.
