Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Reporting & Business Intelligence (BI), you will deliver reporting and business analytics solutions using Workday to clients. This role involves working closely with the project team to design, implement, and support these solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Design and Implement Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their reporting and BI needs, and then design and implement solutions that meet those needs while also aligning with the client's overall business objectives.
Provide Ongoing Support: Deliver ongoing support and maintenance for reporting and BI solutions, ensuring that they continue to meet the client's needs and provide value.
Communicate Complex Concepts: Clearly and concisely communicate complex reporting and BI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with Project Team: Work closely with the project team to design, implement, and support reporting and BI solutions.
Meet Client Needs: Ensure that reporting and BI solutions meet client needs and align with their overall business objectives.

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Exposure to Workday Reporting: Experience working with Workday's reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities to deliver reporting and business analytics solutions.
Understanding of BI Solutions: Familiarity with designing and implementing BI solutions that meet client needs and align with their overall business objectives.
Technical Communication: Experience communicating complex reporting and BI concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solution Implementation: Exposure to implementing and supporting reporting and BI solutions, ensuring they continue to meet client needs and provide value.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Experience working closely with project teams and clients to understand their reporting and BI needs and deliver solutions.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Advanced Workday Reporting Skills: Exposure to advanced Workday reporting features, including data visualization and dashboard creation, to deliver comprehensive business analytics solutions.
Business Intelligence Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with various business intelligence tools and technologies, such as data warehousing and ETL, to design and implement effective BI solutions.
Data Analysis Techniques: Experience applying data analysis techniques, including data modeling and data mining, to drive business insights and inform decision-making.
