Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: from JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, to onboarding. Source candidates using multiple channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, referrals, job portals, and social platforms. Develop a strong talent pipeline for future needs. 80 % is recruitment and 20% is a generalist/administration role. Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective job descriptions. Conduct initial screening & evaluation of candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit. Build and maintain employer branding through creative outreach, networking, and events. Track and report recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire. Stay updated with market trends and salary benchmarks in IT/SaaS hiring. About Company: M/s Align Info Solutions (AlignBooks), Delhi, is an associate company of M/s Escape Systems Private Limited (Escape). Escape' was established about 18 years ago by Mr. Anand Jajodia, an alumnus of IIT Roorkee. The company has been providing customized ERP solutions for some key business segments in the India & ME regions. The solution has been well accepted by the target group. Buoyed by the success of their ERP, Mr. Anand, along with other co-founders of professional eminence, introduced AlignBooks', a new-age cloud-based accounting solution for small businesses, about 2 years ago. This product has also been well received. To its credit, the company has provided the solution to about 700 retail outlets of Xiaomi in northern India, as well as to a diverse group of SMEs countrywide.
