Job Description
Responsibilities Heads KRA (Key Result Areas) KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
Safety Management System Of Manpower:-
To follow SOP's for safety so as to build safe working environment in shift. No. of First aid cases/nearmiss.
No. of time PPE not used by subordinates.
No. of time PTW system not followed.
Operation & Schedule
Management
To follow the Operation scheduled activities in order to provide & to ensure smooth operation of equipment & machine. No. of instance motor changeover schedule not followed.
No. of instance of utilities failure.
No. of times Reading not taken as per schedule.
Report generation of Daily utilities consumption. No. of times Report is not generated on time.
Daily routine Patrol checking as per schedule. No. of instance patrol checking not done as per schedule.
Customer Satisfaction Conducting regular Preventive maintenance of all machinery & Equipments related to MFB activities as per the list of Preventive maintenace activities prepared annually. No. of Breakdowns
Repairing of old / removed equipments No. of defects in the equipments
Cost Management Improvements initiatives to enhance electrical system & machine efficiency to do Cost reduction. No. of suggestion.
No. of Initiatives.
Quality Maintaing regular records related to maintenance in the FTM Timeliness / Accuracy
To follow ISO, TQM standards in daily maintenance practices. No. of Kaizens.
No. of QC presentation.
5S audit score.
Manpower Development Internal Technical training pertaining to job requirement of the shift.
Adherences to training schedule.
Additional Responsibilities Handling of other additional responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time. No. of times assigned work handled efficiently
Requirements
Knowledge Knowledge of HT Power system (132 KV switchyard), DG sets, PLC system, Variables Frequency Drives, electrical maintenance (Motors, HT, LT panels,breakers,EOT Cranes), UPS system. Experience
(Number of years) 2 - 5 years
Skills Communication skill, Analytical skill, Physically fit. Qualification ITI / NCTVT / Diploma
Physical requirement Good Eye sight, Sense of Sound, Sense of Touch , Ability to use PPE properly.
