Junior Copywriter

Title: Copywriter (2–3 Years Experience)

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Copywriter with 2–3 years of experience, ideally in a creative agency or fast-paced marketing environment. If you're passionate about persuasive writing, brand storytelling, and enjoy using AI tools to enhance your workflow this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for websites, ad campaigns, landing pages, social media, emailers, and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly) to support ideation, drafting, and polishing of content
• Conduct thorough research to write compelling and audience-relevant copy
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, tone, grammar, and consistency
• Optimize content for SEO and campaign performance using best practices
• Stay updated on trends in copywriting, digital marketing, and AI tools

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in copywriting, content creation, or content marketing
• Kerala-based candidates are preferred for ease of communication and cultural alignment
• Experience working in a creative or digital marketing agency is preferred
• Excellent command of English with strong grammar and storytelling skills
• Proven ability to write for various digital formats (ads, websites, emails, etc.)
• Understanding of SEO writing, keyword usage, and content performance metrics
• Comfortable using AI-powered writing tools for productivity and ideation
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Notion, WordPress, SurferSEO, Canva, or similar platforms
