Education

• B.E./B.Tech (Any Stream), BBA, BCA, or MBA.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Six Sigma or Business Analysis certification is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Visio.
• Understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
• Exposure to Power Platform, ServiceNow, or similar low-code tools is preferred.
• Working awareness of AI tools for productivity, automation, and efficiency (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, AI Builder) — willingness to adopt AI-assisted ways of working is expected across all roles.

Soft Skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Quick learner with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Interest in AI and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business process mapping and documentation.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Help configure and test workflow automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using AI and automation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track issues.
• Prepare process flow diagrams, SOPs, and project documents.
• Assist in creating user guides and training materials.
• Track project progress and update status reports.
