Role Overview

We are looking for a curious and motivated Junior Designer to support the design team across brand, digital, and communication needs. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their design career who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow under the guidance of a Lead Designer.

You will work closely with senior team members to translate briefs into thoughtful visual outcomes, while building a strong foundation in craft, process, and contemporary design practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual assets across digital, print, and social platforms
• Translate briefs and feedback into clear, well-crafted design outputs
• Support the Lead Designer on day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects
• Prepare layouts, presentations, and basic design systems
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all work
• Participate in reviews and incorporate feedback constructively
• Organize files, assets, and basic documentation efficiently
• Explore new tools and workflows, including AI-assisted design processes, under guidance

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience, internships, or relevant academic projects in design
• A portfolio that demonstrates design fundamentals, visual thinking, and curiosity
• Working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar
• Understanding of typography, colour, layout, and composition
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and refine craft through feedback
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude
