Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will assist in designing architectural projects, preparing detailed drawings and plans, and integrating client requirements into the design process. The role involves coordinating with project teams, managing tasks to ensure timely project delivery, and providing technical support during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design to create innovative and functional solutions tailored to client needs
• Experience in Project Management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration for the implementation of technology in design processes
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to adapt designs to practical constraints
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline is required
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team and interact with clients
