As a Junior AI Engineer, you’ll help design, build, and deploy scalable, responsible AI/ML solutions—working side‑by‑side with data scientists, architects, and product teams to turn ideas into intelligent systems that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Build, train, and operationalize AI/ML models from early concepts to production-grade systems.
Develop predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI use cases that solve real business challenges.
Contribute to agentic AI workflows—tool‑using agents, multi-step reasoning, and multi-agent orchestration.
Work on RAG pipelines, vector retrieval, embeddings, and evaluation frameworks.
Deploy models and LLM-powered applications via APIs, batch pipelines, or event-driven services.
Monitor and optimize model performance, drift, latency, quality, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate across teams, sharing clear insights and technical findings.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
0–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or software engineering.
Solid knowledge of Python, ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn), and experimentation workflows.
Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and cloud fundamentals (Azure or GCP).
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, containers, and CI/CD basics.
Curiosity, problem‑solving mindset, and strong attention to detail.
Clear communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or agentic AI frameworks.
Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP or CRM platforms.
Interest in responsible AI, governance, and ethical AI design.
