Role Overview: Secure a permanent seat on the Partners' Management Council as Partner/CRO (remote, sole proprietor or sales agency/media company owner). You own the full revenue engine — making B2B and B2C money flows predictable, scalable, and growing. From first cold call to collected payment, every revenue line runs through you.

Your mandate: define and execute the revenue model across ad sales, sponsorships, licensing, subscriptions, events, merchandise, and data products. On the B2B side: brand partnerships, sponsorship packages, content licensing to broadcasters and streamers, co-productions, and corporate films. On the B2C side: pricing and funnels for subscriptions, pay-per-view, memberships, crowdfunding, tickets, and digital products.

You build and lead the commercial team: sales, account management, ad ops, partnerships, and customer success. You align marketing with sales — ensuring campaigns generate qualified leads that convert viewers into paying fans or clients. You design and enforce process: CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, quotas, deal review, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell playbooks. You optimise monetisation of IP through windowing strategy (cinema, TV, streaming, AVOD/SVOD), territorial rights, language versions, and format sales. You use data to grow revenue: tracking LTV, CAC, churn, ARPU, fill rate, CPMs, and sponsorship yield. You open new revenue streams: live events, festivals, educational spin-offs, branded content studios, and white-label channels.

In short, you turn our catalogue, audience, and relationships into structured, repeatable, growing cash flows on both sides of the business.

Distinction from CAO and CMO: The CAO specializes in monetizing ad inventory — selling FAST slots, securing sponsorships and product placements, and managing programmatic infrastructure. The CMO fills the top of the funnel with audience growth, brand building, and demand generation. As CRO/Partner, you convert what both deliver into closed deals and collected revenue. CMO fills the funnel, CAO monetises the ad side — you monetise everything.

Compensation: 10% perpetual net revenue share on ALL studio revenues from every deal, contract, or platform you originate, close, or materially influence. Zero salary, zero stipend — pure revenue share, uncapped. You earn what you build.

Essential Qualifications: BA minimum in Business, Sales, Marketing, Media, or relevant experience. MBA preferred. 30+ years old. Verified media sales portfolio or IMDb credits. 10+ years in media sales with broadcast TV and FAST/streaming experience. Proven cold and warm calling track record, B2B and B2C, with documented revenue targets achieved. Sole proprietor minimum. Dual nationality required.
