Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company’s accounting operations, taxation compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong experience in GST, TDS, payroll processing, and accounting systems such as Tally or Zoho Books, along with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and support statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting operations using Tally / Zoho Books.
- Handle GST filings – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and perform input reconciliation.
- Prepare and process client invoices and follow up on receivables.
- Manage vendor bills, payments, and TDS deductions.
- Assist in salary preparation, payroll disbursement, and compliance (PF, ESI, TDS).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and monitor daily cash flow.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and support audit processes.
- Maintain documentation for ROC, MCA, and statutory filings.
- Support preparation of financial documents for tender / GeM portal submissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and GSTN portal.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting practices.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
