This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant at Erocare Industries, located in Surat. The Junior Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations such as maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. The role also includes collaborating with the financial team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and supporting budget preparation and audits.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate accounting records
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation
• Experience with accounting software and tools
• Understanding of financial compliance, tax filing, and regulations
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or related industry is a plus
