Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role located in Hyderabad. The Junior Accountant will handle daily financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and maintain accurate financial records. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
• Strong skills in financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and budget tracking
• Experience or familiarity with accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate financial information clearly
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in financial analysis
• Basic understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
