Customer Service

• Calling up customers for orders and Taking orders on phone from Customers across India.
• Making invoice and E-way bill for each order.
• Informing the customer status of their order despatch and courier details.
• Checking stock in Tally, informing customers about availability of any material.
• Sending ledger and statement to customers. Following up on payment.
• Must be well versed in Spoken & written English and spoken Hindi.
• Must have working knowledge of Tally, MS Word and Excel
• Experience in Graphic design will be preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
