Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Junior Accountant role based in Coimbatore. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and supporting monthly and year-end closing processes. Additional tasks include assisting with budgeting, tax compliance, and ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulations. The role requires collaboration with the finance team to facilitate seamless financial operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation skills.
Experience with bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and handling accounts payable/receivable.
Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance practices, and auditing principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel).
Effective communication and organizational skills to collaborate within a team setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
Relevant experience in accounting or financial roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
