Junior Account Executive

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Account Executive based in Vadodara. The Junior Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, assisting in tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory filings such as GST and TDS, and supporting day-to-day financial operations. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with senior team members to deliver tailored client solutions and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Proficiency in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and preparation of Financial Statements
• Knowledge of Income Tax, GST compliance, and TDS regulations
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis and Budget Management
• Proficiency using accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving financial regulations and utilization of technological tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Prior experience or internship in accounting or financial services is a plus
