- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance hiring processes and improve candidate experience.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and retention.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRIS and recruitment software tools.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
- 75% above in 10th, 12th & Graduation
Experience Range:
4 - 8 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation ,and MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
