Position: Jr. Software Developer – JavaScript / React

Location: Remote
Probation: 3 months (Full salary during probation)
Salary: ₹3.5 – 3.9 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer with strong fundamentals in JavaScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, capable of building modern web interfaces, and comfortable working in a remote team environment.

You will work on developing and maintaining web applications, implementing UI components, and collaborating with the team to build scalable and responsive software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend components using React.js.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML and CSS.
• Write clean and maintainable JavaScript code.
• Integrate frontend components with APIs and backend services.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve application performance and usability.
• Follow best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of JavaScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with modern frontend development practices.
• Understanding of API integration and asynchronous requests.
• Ability to write clean, structured, and maintainable code.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Working Details

• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Saturday Policy: Two odd Saturdays working and even Saturdays off

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹390,000.00 per year
