Location: New Panvel (West) | On-site | Full-time

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Associate to help expand our international client base. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in sales within the engineering and design services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads in international markets (US, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
- Research potential clients in industries such as manufacturing, industrial design, etc.
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Assist in client communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand service offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
- Basic understanding of engineering design service industry.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills in a sales environment.
- An ability to present services and convert prospects into clients.
- Good understanding of global markets and an ability to build trust with clients.
- Strong email writing and outreach skills, with focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to bring new, innovative methods of client acquisition to the table.
- Awareness about the latest relevant tools, including AI tools, to help in the process.
- A results-driven mindset and an eagerness to learn, improve, and contribute.
