Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Instructional Designer to support the development of engaging learning content. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers who are passionate about education, content creation, and digital learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand learner needs and training goals
• Break down content into structured modules
• Create learning materials (PPTs, e-learning, videos, quizzes)
• Simplify complex information for easy understanding
• Use engaging techniques (visuals, storytelling, activities)
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Review, test, and improve learning content

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good understanding of PowerPoint Presentation & MS-Word

Creativity and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
