The Role:

We are seeking a Mid Senior Level Accountant who will manage statutory compliances including TDS computation, deduction and return filing, GST reconciliation and submissions, monthly PF and ESI calculations and filings, oversee allied legal requirements such as Professional Tax and the Factories Act, handle payroll processes and prepare MIS reports to support accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• TDS computation, deduction, return filing, and related compliance (24Q, 26Q, etc.).
• GST reconciliation, return preparation and filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
• Monthly PF and ESI calculation, challan generation, filing of returns and compliance.
• Monitoring and compliance of all Allied Laws applicable to a Company.
• Full & Final settlement processing.
• Tally entry checks, voucher verification, account reconciliations.
• Statutory MIS reporting.

Skills & Expertise Required:

• Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and compliance processes.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Sufficient knowledge of Indian TDS.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Knowledge in account finalization and balance sheet preparation
• Eye for detail, analytical mindset and commitment to accuracy

Experience: 1-2 years preferred

Remuneration: CTC upto Rs 25,000 per month, inclusive of all statutory benefits such as PF, Gratuity, Ex Gratia, and other attractive benefits.
