Jr. Business Process Associate

Position: Jr. Business Process Associate

Exp.: 1 yr+ (Freshers with Advance excel knowledge can also apply. They will be taken in an internship role)

Location: Kolkata and Delhi

Office Timing: Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday (10 AM to 07 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement analysis and planning: Conduct thorough requirement analysis with Business Analyst and create BRD documents.

• Data migration strategy: Plan and execute the migration of data from legacy systems to the new ERP, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Understanding SFA module features. Understanding Client data. Preparing mapping Farvision template data. Meeting with client for data clarification. Preparing Template data and validation. Coordination with development team. Data upload and validation with client data. Meeting with client and handover uploaded data.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com. (preferred not mandatory)

Skills and Competencies

• Communication: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Flexibility, patience, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Technical Skills: Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
• Team Coordination: Ability to coordinate effectively with team members to ensure comprehensive support.
• MS Excel: Pivot, Vlookup, Hlookup etc.
