Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of solutions in audio, visual, lighting, and energy-related technologies. Daily responsibilities may include researching and designing products, implementing manufacturing processes, collaborating with various teams to optimize solutions, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends and working towards innovative advancements that align with the company’s growth strategy.

• Strong technical skills in Audio and Visual equipment, with knowledge of stage lighting technologies.
• Experience with product design and manufacturing processes related to energy solutions and technology.
• Problem-solving ability, creativity, and an innovative mindset in development and production tasks.
• Team collaboration and interpersonal communication skills for effective project coordination.
• Proficiency in industry-relevant tools and software, with a focus on design and engineering applications.

• Educational background in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.
