Your activities

Install load cells (Compression, tension, bending beam, shear Beam, Load pins, tension links, etc.) as per the application. Perform correct loadcell wiring(4-Wire/6 wire) to indicators or Amplifiers
Configure and commission weighing Indicators/Transmitters
Carry out system commissioning after installation
Verify performance using test weights or reference loads
Ensure readings meet accuracy and repeatability requirements
Support the customer during trial runs and acceptance tests
Basic understanding of industrial communication protocols such as RS-232, RS485, Modbus, CAN, Ethernet (Not mandatory). Ability to assist customers with basic communication checks and troubleshooting
Diagnose issues related to load cells, indicator scaling, mounting or mechanical constraints.
Identify whether a problem is sensor-related, electronics-related or machine-related
Provide corrective actions and service support after site visits.

Your profile

Diploma/BE/BTECH in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering.
1-5 years or relevant Field Service Experience preferred
