We are seeking a motivated Product Sales Agent (Phone Calling) to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound and inbound calling, presenting product information to prospects, resolving queries, and driving sales with a professional and customer-focused approach.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound phone calls to potential customers regarding product offerings

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product information

• Maintain daily call logs, prospect lists, and sales records

• Follow up with leads to maximize conversions

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or phone-based customer service preferred

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Confident, presentable, and sales-driven mindset

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM usage is a plus)

• Ability to work from our Lucknow office (On-site role)
