We are looking for a passionate Store Manager to join our team and help customers find the perfect jewellery piece for their special moments. 6 Days working with 1 weekly off Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget. Provide detailed information about products, including materials, craftsmanship, and pricing. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Handle billing, packaging, and documentation related to jewellery purchases. Maintain the store’s visual appeal and ensure jewellery displays are well-organized. Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and industry knowledge. Requirements: Previous experience in jewellery sales or Retail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of gemstones, gold, and other jewellery materials is a plus. Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions. Benefits: Training on jewellery products and sales techniques.
