We are seeking a passionate Jewellery Advisor for a full-time, on-site position in Raipur. The Jewellery Advisor will engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on jewellery selection. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, showcasing jewellery collections, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exemplary customer service in alignment with company protocols. The role also involves inventory management and assisting in visual merchandising to enhance the customer's shopping experience.

Candidate Specification

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Customer service and retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury or jewellery sector
• Eye for detail with knowledge of jewellery types, trends, and quality standards
• Problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to cater to customer preferences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management tools
• A professional and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Previous experience in jewellery retail is a plus
