Role description

8+ years of hands‑on experience designing and developing enterprise Java/J2EE applications using multi‑tier architectures.
Strong proficiency with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate.
Demonstrated experience applying enterprise architecture principles and design patterns.
Hands‑on experience developing solutions on one or more cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, or Azure (mandatory).
Working knowledge of cloud‑native compute, storage, and networking services on at least one cloud platform.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and microservices architectures, including awareness of API Management Gateways.
Hands‑on experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL; NoSQL experience is desirable.
Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts with hands‑on experience using tools such as: Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Git, Maven, Gradle, Rundeck.
Strong understanding of security principles across the SDLC, including code‑level and application security.
Proven ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, high‑volume, deadline‑driven environments.
Demonstrated experience leading teams of 10–15 engineers to design, develop, and deploy enterprise solutions to production.
Proven ability to mentor team members, guide solution design, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Experience in analyzing user stories, providing effort estimates, and ensuring timely delivery as a team.
Hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through development, deployment, and production support.
Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and work with new transformation technology stacks.
Strong exposure to Agile and Scaled Agile development methodologies.
