Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java technologies, modern front-end frameworks, cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can define architectural standards, mentor development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java and modern web technologies.
Define application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Review application architecture and code to ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability.
Mentor and guide development teams on technical design, implementation, and problem-solving.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services and enterprise systems.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
Drive cloud adoption and DevOps automation using CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in technology evaluations and recommend appropriate tools and frameworks.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide architectural solutions.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in Java application development.
3+ years of experience in solution or application architecture.
Strong expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and event-driven applications.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
Experience with API Gateway, OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, and SSO.
Expertise with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
Knowledge of Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, domain-driven design, and clean architecture.
Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with container orchestration and cloud-native application development.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates).
Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger and API management platforms.
Certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Java are a plus.
Experience in banking, financial services, healthcare, retail, or enterprise SaaS environments is preferred.
